Siswa Email is powered by the Google through its GoogleApps services which is provided for educational institution. GoogleApps is a collection of web based application developed or acquired by Google to be used as a community platform which consist of application like Google Mail or GMail, Google Documents, Google Calendars, Google Sites and many more. The advantages of using such application is that many collaboration effort can be made with ease such as document sharing, events announcement and even simple web sites blogging, free to be used by students.

Siswa Email is a GMail application and as such it has the storage capacity that is the same as GMail which is at this moment is about 6.9 Gb and counting. So students will have a bigger space for their emails and whatever assignments need to be stored online.
