SSPN is a saving instrument that has been exclusively created by Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN) for higher learning financing purposes. Apart from promising annual dividend returns, SSPN is also providing exclusive financial incentive in the form of Matching Grant for low income depositors. This scheme also provides free insurance protection and death compensation to all eligible depositors.

The National Education Savings Scheme (SSPN) is designed especially by the National Higher Education Fund Corporation to enable parents/guardians to save for the purpose of the higher education of their children.

This scheme is open to all Malaysians.
